COMMON FACING FORECLOSURE ON HIS CHICAGO CONDO

COMMON LOOKING GOOD IN HIS LONG BEARD AND BALD HEAD, BUT HE MIGHT BE THROWING IN THE WHITE TOWEL AS HE RISK LOSING HIS CHICAGO HOME IN CHICAGO

Was Common’s “The Dreamer The Believer” album a commercial flop, and due to low record sales, has caused his Chicago Condo to be in jeopardy of foreclosure?

It’s not clear to what his financial instabilities are as of yet but, according to Tmz Common who’s dubbed as the Conscious Rapper is feeling the deadly sting of our economy’s downside, and may have to throw in the towel, and watch the bank snatch up his ish.

Mortgage payments are allegedly an uncommon practice for rapper Common … who is now in danger of having his Chicago apartment foreclosed on because he allegedly hasn’t paid his mortgage since March.

According to legal docs,Common (real name Lonnie Lynn) and his manager, Derek Dudley, got a mortgage for a condo back in 2008. But Bank of America claims … beginning in March, the duo stopped making the monthly, $2,285 mortgage payments.

So now BOA is getting tough, filing foreclosure docs. The Bank wants to sell the property, and recoup the amount of the mortgage, plus interest and penalties, which total $345,389 … and 52 cents.

Calls to Common’s rep were not returned.

Mediajuicejoint- Is it common for a rapper and their manager to secure property together, I’m just saying ……..I hope that Hell on Wheels money come to the rescue.

COMMON PREMIERES “SWEET” VIDEO

SWEET COMMON LOOKING DAPPER IN A BLACK SUIT WITH A RED/PINKISH COLORED TIE

Common is not so common, he is a well-rounded artist that just so happens to rap. He has always stuck out and never conformed to the norms. He is multitalented and has a deep root implanted in him when it comes to knowing his identity and purpose. Common could have taken the high road and followed the in thing, glorifying guns, drugs, demoralizing women and making a killing, all at the same price of  losing one’s soul which bares the burden of a lost identity.

Haiti’s earthquakes have caused severe damage and Haitians need our help. Each One Reach One. Common released a new video ‘Sweet” and all proceeds will go towards J/P Haitian Relief.org. Common travelled there for 4 days. He is spitting some venom verses, the video was shot on location and will be one of 12 tracks on Dreamer/The Believer that is scheduled to drop Dec 20,2011. Common is asking for a dollar to view video.

GIVE A DOLLAR AND NJOY THE VIDEO AND PICS

COMMON IS THE FIRST ACTOR TO CAST IN “HELL ON WHEELS”

COMMON POSING WITH HIS OVER SIZE COVER OF MICHIGAN AVENUE MAGAZINE 'S COVER

Grammy Award winner Common the Chicago born rapper /actor was the first to be cast in the new AMC movie series “Hell On Wheels“. It’s a western set in 1865, he plays the part of Elam Ferguson a biracial freed slave. The setting takes place after the end of the Civil War. I can’t wait to see this, Can you imagine Common as an angry free slave that’s still under the thumb of the so called”White Man”? How many can relate to this? Common has developed some superb acting skills, I loved him in “Smokin Aces” and “Just Wright“. It seems natural for him and with everything else he will only get better as he perfect his craft.

Common popped up on the scene in 1992 with his commercially successful album “Can I Borrow a Dollar” He is the recipient of two Grammy Awards. Common just released his memoir, One Day It’ll All Make Sense“, the book is endorsed by The Great Prophetic Poet Maya Angelou. To understand the essence of a true man pick up this book. Common has always carried himself with class and dignity. Thank God he was released from Erykah Badu’s spell, I thought we lost him for a minute. He has a foundation that he oversees “Common Ground” his Mission Statement:

“Our premise is to identify and develop tomorrow’s leaders through programs that promote holistic leadership and education. We are committed to empowering youth to achieve greatness while developing leadership and life skills needed to fulfill their dreams and make an impact on their world.”

Common is buzzing like a bumble bee and he’s taking full advantage, I am looking forward to the release of his next album “The Dreamer The Believer” scheduled to drop Nov 22. Common is a visionary who has never made moves to just fit in, he’s been an instrument to all the conscious rappers and it all makes sense.
