MMA Fighter Phil Davis Ex Says He’s Too Rough In The Bed

MMA fighter Phil Davis Ex Says he’s too damn rough in the bed, overtly aggressive. A little hair pulling and rough talk might get a pass, but ish turned sour when the body slamming, bruises, and biting to the point stitches are needed……turned into a tap out session.

UFC star Phil Davis has a huge fight Saturday night in New Jersey, but the bigger fight may be May 7 in San Diego, where his baby mama will accuse him of crazy brutality, including violent sex … and she blames it on martial arts.

According to legal docs — obtained by TMZ — Vantris Patterson claims Davis body slammed her on a couch with such force … when the couch slid into the wall paint came off. She took pictures (below) which she claims show the injuries.

And Patterson says, Davis — aka Mr. Wonderful — would often choke her during intercourse, and when she’d plead with him to stop he’d respond, “Shut the f*** up, bitch.”

She says Davis has threatened to kill her numerous times if she ever slept with another man.

Now here’s the hook — Patterson claims Davis’ alleged propensity for violence has escalated because of his involvement in the UFC. She says, “I am afraid that the numerous fights have negatively impacted his mental stability,” and she can’t defend herself because of his “increased strength and attacking ability.”

Davis makes his own claims … that Patterson is the violent one who put a pic of a Glock up on Facebook and wrote, “… His day will come.” He also says she texted him, “I can’t wait until the day you die so I can spit in ur face [painful and slow].”

CLIFTON POWELL AKA PINKY FROM “NEXT FRIDAY” ACCUSED OF RAPE

Dayuum let me find out Clifton Powell tried to take the snatch and run. He’s been accused of allegedly raping an unidentified young lady in a Louisiana Hotel room……..smh, say it ain’t so.

According to Tmz the actor who played Pinky in two of the “Friday” movies claims he’s been falsely accused of raping a woman in Louisiana last year … despite allegations in a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Clifton Powell — who also appeared in “Rush Hour,” “Ray” and “Menace II Society” — has been sued by a woman using the pseudonym Kiyante Myers … who claims the actor raped her in a hotel room in August 2011.

According to the suit, Myers claims she initially consented to sex with Powell … but when it turned rough, she asked him to stop … and he refused.

Instead, she claims, Powell placed his hands over her face and raped her.

TMZ has learned … Myers went to cops about the incident last year … and an investigation was conducted. But cops didn’t feel there was enough evidence to prove Powell committed a crime and they closed the case against the actor.

Myers has now taken her claims to federal court in Louisiana, where she’s seeking damages in excess of $75k.

A rep for Clifton tells TMZ … “Mr. Powell absolutely denies these false accusations and plans on pursuing all legal remedies available to him against his accuser.”

NATE DOGG FAMILY IS STILL FIGHTING OVER HIS MONEY

Nate Dogg hasn’t been gone that long but, the family is still fighting over his money. The infamous hook singer passed away without a will. The wife, kids, and his mother scrambling over who gets what started a little over a year ago and the drama continues….

Nate Dogg’s kids are 100% against having their grandmother or their stepmother in charge of their late father’s estate … so says Dogg’s daughter.

As TMZ first reported, when the rapper died in 2011, he didn’t leave a will to divvy up his assets … so his wife Latoya Calvin took charge. His kids didn’t agree and asked the court to nominate an attorney named Alex Borden instead — but no cigar.

Latoya filed new legal docs this week, requesting Nate’s mother, Ruth Holmes, also be named as co-administrator of his estate … a move that does not sit well with Nate’s children.

Dogg’s daughter, Aundrane Hale, tells TMZ her grandmother is only involved in the filing for the money, saying, “Ruth doesn’t have my best interest or the interest of my brothers and sisters.”

Aundrane says that if Latoya and Grannie Ruth are the head honchos, they won’t give the kids one single penny. She says Latoya “didn’t even show up to Nate’s funeral” and says that Ruth “was never a grandmother” and has withheld money in the past.

A judge has yet to rule.

4TH VICTIM IN THE DRAKE AND CHRIS BROWN BRAWL HAS LAWYERED UP AND IS SUING….

There have been 4 innocent bystanders and counting, that have sustained severe to mild injuries in this Drake and Chris Brown club brawl. We have been made aware of one victim Holli C and her injuries.

There is also another young lady the 4th victim who has came fourth. Ms. Brace blames Drake for the bottle throwing fiasco, and has lawyered up in preparation of that big check Drake’s about to cut.

Drake is solely to blame for inflaming the violent mob that severely injured several innocent people … so says a 4th woman who was injured in the melee and is now threatening to sue the rapper.

TMZ has learned … Innocent Victim #4, Vladimira Brace, has lawyered up — claiming she suffered a spinal injury when she was trampled in the melee that ensued inside W.i.P. nightclub in NYC on June 13.

Brace’s attorney has already fired off a letter to Drake’s reps … saying point blank, “Your client instigated a brawl with Mr. Chris Brown” … and adds, “[Drake's] actions were reckless and negligent in inflaming a violent mob.”

The letter continues, “My client personally observed several members of [Drake's] entourage throwing bottles of champagne with reckless and criminal disregard of the well-being of the innocent bystanders.”

Brace’s attorney, Allan Friedman, claims Drake has a “well documented history” of vulgar, abusive and profane remarks concerning women — and notes, “It is regrettable that apparently many innocent young women have been severely injured by this incident.”

Sources connected with Drake tell TMZ … Friedman’s allegations are “laughable.” They say first of all, Drake was there with a couple of security guys and that was it. They note both Chris Brown and Meek Mill both had large entourages. They also say the notion that Drake has an abusive history of women is absurd on 2 counts. First, they say it’s not true. Second, Chris Brown …. well, you know.

3 other women have also claimed they were injured in the Drake vs. Chris Brown fight … including a 24-year-old Australian tourist who needed 16 stitches after she was hit by a flying bottle.

DMX SUED OVER BOTCHED COMEBACK TOUR

Where you looking forward to DMX going on tour? Doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon, outside of the States that is, where they get that major figures for shows. Some booking agency claims to have spent 100k on trying to get X’s legal house in order, but failed, so now they’re suing Dmx over a botched comeback tour.

DMX is on the hook for another $630,000 — this according to a booking agency which claims X’s legal problems torpedoed a lucrative international comeback tour … and now, it’s suing to get its money back.

The booking agency in question — a company called Heavy Rotation — filed the lawsuit in New York, claiming it struck an exclusive year-long deal with DMX in 2011 to book the rapper’s concerts … anywhere on the planet.

But according to the lawsuit, DMX was plagued with legal problems from the start — a traffic violation in August, and two nasty child support disputes … which led to a lien on the rapper’s passport, preventing him from performing overseas.

According to the suit, HR bent over backwards to fix the legal issues — coughing up nearly a hundred grand to cover bail, child support, and a slew of other legal bills … hoping it would clear the way for the tour, a task that included lifting the lien on X’s passport.

But HR claims its efforts were in vain — because DMX continued to cause problems, hiring outside management that tried to book DMX on shows within the United States … violating X’s agreement with HR. On top of that, X couldn’t resolve his passport issues … and all concerts had to be canceled.

X’s manager Jason tells a different story — claiming DMX chose to sever all ties with HR after it put the rapper at risk with some unsavory business practices.

Still, HR claims it lost $749,285 on the deal gone bad — and it wants the money back, stat.

Mediajuicejoint: Before the booking agency, Heavy Rotation started scheduling dates, they should have done some research, who doesn’t know about his extensive legal woes…. past, present, and the future ones.

Dmx has a lien on his passport, he owe child support and when your asz owe them, they put a lien on everything you love.

I wouldn’t have invested a dollar let alone 100k, unless I knew for sure that the final outcome would be in my favor…..Greedy Bastards, if I was presiding over this case I wouldn’t give them a dime, and let them wallow in misery.

ROC-A-FELLA CO-FOUNDER KAREEM “BIGGS” BURKE PLEADED GUILTY TO DRUG CHARGES

Kareem “Biggs” Burke, a co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records along with Jay-Z and Damon Dash, pleaded guilty in Manhattan to a charge of conspiracy to distribute, as well as a charge of possession with intent to distribute, over 100kg of marijuana, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Burke took part in a nationwide marijuana distribution ring, stretching from Florida to California to New Jersey and New York, and was charged along with 51 other individuals in what authorities called “Operation Green Venom.” Burke’s fellow indictees had been arrested following such “overt acts” as hiding nearly $75,000 in tube socks within checked luggage at John F. Kennedy Airport.

Burke’s North Bergen, New Jersey home was searched following his arrest, which occurred in early October, with authorities finding $15,000 in cash, 3.2 pounds of pot, as well as what they described as “the remains of a marijuana growing operation.”

Burke faces a minimum sentence of 5 years in prison, as well as fines of $660,000, the loss of his New Jersey home, and his 2010 BMW.

Damon Dash and Burke split from Roc-A-Fella, and Jay-Z, citing irreconcilable differences, in the mid-2000s.

SHANE SPARKS TAKES THE EASY WAY OUT PLEA BARGAIN

Shane Sparks dance choreographer took a plea deal for allegedly sexually abusing 6 girls and raping a 12-year-old dance student. Shane is better known as the opinionated judge that sat alongside Little Mama in Randy’s Jackson show ” America’s Best Dance Crew”. I am appalled that he was given a plea deal for those type of charges, and check this out he will be in jail for less than a year WTF is going on with our Justice System? You can allegedly sexually abuse and rape our young kids, you can allegedly kill toddlers and get a slap on the wrist its preposterous. Our Justice system needs to be revamped.

Pleading no contest for having sex with an unlawful minor and this scumbag will get less than a year in jail with five years of probation, get out and start all over again, while seven young woman are tormented and their lives will never remain the same. Doesn’t seem right to me. Why did the LA District Attorney offer him a plea deal? I wonder how Little Momma feels about this, it would make me cringe to know that I was sitting so close to an animal who has allegedly committed such heinous acts. IMO they should have thrown his asz to the wolves, jail is just not good enough. I see why people turn to street justice although I don’t condone it, I’m simply saying I Understand. Sparks when you get to jail PLEASE DROP THE SOAP.
