Chad Johnson Arrested In Florida

Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson was arrested again in Florida. The Ex NFL Player just refuse to play by the rules. Failing to report twice to his probation officer and refusing to cough up proof that he attended a domestic abuse educational class, bought him a one way ticket straight to jail. All of this is backlash from his head butting incident with his ex-wife reality star Evilyn.

Chad is old enough to know better, kicked off the team, divorced within a blink of an eye, and jailed over the same Evilyn mess sounds like somebody needs an intervention…well a Broward County Judge issued a warrant for his arrest and to be thrown in jail since he forgot how to play ball.

Uh O, more trouble in paradise as Chad “Ochocinco” says “On to the next one” on Valentine’s Day. He was spotted with a new chic on his arm for all eyes to see. I wonder how Basketball Wive’s Evelyn Lozada is taking the news.

From whisper down the lane, rumors circulating earlier this week that Chad flew to Madrid, Spain to get XXtra close to his new chic, Chef Lauren Popeil.

The two spent their time together kicking back at soccer games on Vday, while Lauren posted close ups and tweets basically screaming F*** your feelings Evelyn. Little do she know it’s only a matter of time before Ochocinco bumps heads with her too, Literally.

Evelyn Lozada Drops Restraining Order Against Ochocinco Just In Time For Basketball Wives Taping

Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco appeared in court today to lift the restraining order, she not so long ago ran to the courts to get when Chad head butted her over a condom receipt. Well taping is around the corner and you know they need their story line for the ratings so it want be long til she pull a Rihanna and Chris Brown

Evelyn Lozada came face to face with her ex-husband Chad Johnson this morning — the first time since his domestic violence arrest back in August — and offered the NFL star a HUGE olive branch.

Evelyn and Chad both appeared in a Florida courtroom … where Evelyn asked the judge to drop the restraining order that was placed against him after she told police he headbutted her during an argument.

After the incident, Evelyn quickly filed for divorce from Chad — after just one month of marriage.

Chad has been on a tour of contrition on TV and the Internet ever since … apologizing left and right … and admitting he has an anger problem. Chad also revealed that he’s getting professional help to deal with his rage issues.

During the court hearing, the judge asked Evelyn if she had been threatened or coerced into making the request to drop the order … to which she replied, “No.”

The judge also asked if she was afraid of Chad … and she also replied, “No.”

The judge granted Evelyn’s request.

Sources connected to Evelyn tell TMZ … the “Basketball Wives” star isn’t sure where the relationship will go, but at the very least, she wants to start talking to him again.

Ochocinco was sentenced today for allegedly Head-Butting the ish out of Evelyn his ex wife weeks ago. As You know Chad Ochocinco recently did a TV interview where he said he takes full responsibility and willingly initiated the process of seeing a shrink.

Chad got a little slap on the wrist, fined an undetermined amount of money and ordered several hours of counseling per Tmz, it’s official … Chad Johnson will NOT spend a day in jail for allegedly headbutting his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada last month — but he will be spending a lot of time in counseling.

Chad showed up to a Florida courtroom for his sentencing this morning, where he pled “no contest” to a charge of domestic battery, stemming from the violent August 11th argument with Lozada over a condom receipt.

In exchange for the plea, Chad escaped a jail sentence — but was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to enroll in a batterers intervention program.

The judge also issued a no-contact order for the duration of his probation, blocking Chad from contacting Evelyn in any way — no email, no Twitter, no nothing.

Chad was also ordered to pay restitution — but the amount won’t be determined ’til next week.

Ochocinco First Interview After His Divorce…..it’s a tear jerker

Chad Ochocinco Johnson did an emotional interview for Inside the NFL. He talks about being stripped from the things that matter to him the most, His career and his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. Watching the preview for the show that airs tonight almost made me feel sorry for the guy.

He goes on to say how his actions, has consequences and he takes full responsibility. Lozada was treated for a laceration to her forehead, police captain Dale Engle claimed at the time. Chad says he’s human and need to work on himself.

Ochocinco is taken anger management classes so he can have better control of his pop-offs. He talked about how he needs to acts and not speak when it comes to his ex-wife Evelyn and getting her back.

Mjj says…..Damn he’s almost as good as T.O. during interviews, his voice was shaky as if he was holding back the tears. He was apologetic, and accountable. Ochocinco is probably thinking if Evelyn can go cry her crocs in public, so can he. This is going to be an interview you don’t want to miss. Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada are officially divorced … TMZ has learned.

A judge in Florida signed off on the divorce early this morning … one month after Evelyn filed for divorce from the NFL star.

As we previously reported, Chad initially didn’t want to sign off on the split … and waited until last week before finally accepting reality and submitting divorce papers of his own.

But Evelyn claimed the marriage was irretrievably broken after he allegedly headbutted her in the face during an argument over a condom receipt she found in his car.

Chad has since had Evelyn’s face tatted on his leg … and insists he will eventually repair the relationship.

Sources close to Evelyn tell us it ain’t gonna happen.

Mjj says “HELL NO, it ain’t gone happen, as long as Evelyn can milk this cow and go on every TV show and publication to embellish on her story for a dollar she’ll be right there crying those crocodile tears. Chad Ochocinco Johnson Charged With Battery, Plead Not Guilty

Chad Ochocinco Johnson took the saying wife beater a little too serious according to Broward County Court docs, they are taking this to the max. He’s been hit with a Domestic Battery charge, which could lead to up to a year in jail for a head butt. Ocho claims he’s not a wife beater however, Evelyn is crying on every set and shoulder she could find …playing the sympathy card to the fullest.

Eveyln has filed for divorce, I guess she doesn’t like being bullied, even though she dishes it out ohh so well, at least he didn’t throw a bottle at her. Chad won’t sign the papers… he’s trying to hold on to her, maybe he thinks this will get him back on track….free agent thing isn’t looking too good, right now.
