Queen Latifah has been an icon for over 20 years. It seems like yesterday when I turned on the the T.V. and became mesmerized with her video Ladies First. I remember feeling empowered. She is a force to be reckoned with she is Beautiful, Intelligent, and Articulate. The QUEEN multitalented skills have assisted her in soaring and staying at the top. She represents African American Women well. She will gracefully cover Essence January issue.
