Rick Ross Feeling Betrayed

Rick Ross and Meek Mill betrayal is a dish best served cold

Rick Ross is feeling betrayed by Reebok due to a short in his account when they snatched back his contract. The Bause is still adding zero’s so no harm is really done.

The apology issued for his lyrics was a day late and a dollar too short, and Meek Mill might be next on Puma’s chopping block ……support from a distance.

Rick Ross is crestfallen over losing his Reebok deal because of that date rape song … but he’s also bitter because he believes the shoe company owed him a second chance.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ … Ross will lose between $3.5 million and $5 million … he was getting a check each time he wore the shoes.

TMZ broke the story … Reebok dumped Ross for releasing the song U.O.E.N.O., which includes the lyric: “Put Molly [Ecstasy] all in the champagne. She ain’t even know it. I took her home and I enjoy that. She ain’t even know it.”

Ross issued a tepid apology … suggesting the lyrics were actually misinterpreted. He also pulled the song — which was only on a mixtape.

But that wasn’t enough for Reebok, which was taking heat from women’s groups for keeping Ross in its stable of spokespeople.

Ross is telling people he was entitled to corporate forgiveness because he did so much for the brand … bringing classic Reeboks back in style in the hip-hop community.

But Reebok was unmoved, saying, “We are very disappointed he has yet to display an understanding of the seriousness of this issue or an appropriate level of remorse.”

In other words … too little, too late, Rick.

Rick Ross says he ain’t scarred, but he damn sure ain’t about that life that he raps about, when them bullets caused him to crash his whip a little over a week ago he’s been in seclusion heavily guarded. Well guess who reared their head smoking a cigar like only a Bause can do in sunny California.

Rick Ross is laughing in the face of mortal danger — stepping out in L.A. Thursday with a big smile and a fat cigar … oblivious to the fact that someone may be trying to kill him.

You may recall … Ross crashed his Rolls-Royce in Ft. Lauderdale January 28 after someone fired dozens of shots at his car.

Ross and his passenger weren’t hurt — but it’s pretty obvious someone’s got it out for him … possibly a gang.

When we shot this video of Ross leaving a Bev Hills restaurant … he made it very clear he has no fear.

It’s the first time Ross has been seen out in public since the day of the shooting.

Mjj says, Safety is always important but don’t get too cocky Bause don’t wanna let them catch you slipping again.

One of the most popular hip hop artists in the country has canceled concert stops in Charlotte and Greensboro for this weekend. The cancellation comes on the heels of [rip] threats but no specific reason was given for the cancellations.

A Maybach Music Group concert tour headlining Rick Ross was scheduled to appear Friday in Greensboro and Saturday at the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte. Rappers Wale and Meek Mill were scheduled to appear as well.

The threats stem from the Gangster Disciples, who have a beef with Ross. The North Carolina Chapter recently put out a YouTube video warning him to stay out of Charlotte.

Tickets can be refunded starting Friday, Live Nation Entertainment group said in a statement.

In the rap video the Disciples are upset because Ross mentions the name of the founder of the street gang and uses the Star of David to promote himself. That symbol is used by the gang.

“I think fans should be concerned. I think the parents should be concerned because you never know,” said Paul Scott on Wednesday. Scott is a minister from Durham who is also a hip hop journalist.

Scott has been highly critical of the violence sparked by rap artists.“Hip hop does not represent the real street. The commercial Hip Hop that Rick Ross promotes represents Wall Street and Wall Street cares nothing about the loss of human life if they can make a dollar.”

Deon Cole is a friend of Ross and is also the instant Programming Director for Power 98 Radio in Charlotte. He didn’t believe that fans had anything to worry about. Cole believes that one day Ross and the Disciples will work out their problems.

Scott says he wouldn’t take the chance and if his kids asked to go he would say no.“No one took the Tupac Notorious BIG beef seriously until they were both dead.”

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police released a statement Wednesday before the cancellation, saying officers would remain vigilant to ensure safety.

Rick Ross Is GQ’s “Bause Of The Year”

Rick Ross is “The Bause Of The Year”, according to GQ Magazine. Ricky Rozay covers GQ’s Men Of The Year, December issue.  Rozay’s album “God Forgives, I Don’t” has been a sweet success. His MMG label is flourishing, and his collabs have been wicked. He’s been named by Source Magazine the 10th powerful rapper in the industry, if you’re in doubt ask Diddy about his increased Ciroc sales, once Da Bause started promoting Ciroc.

Is Rick Ross deserving of the title….Hell Yeah what other label took the hip hop industry by storm in 2012?

Gq captured a tatted Rick in his beloved fur hiding that belly( thank you sweet baby Jesus) and Ross flipping the bird. Maybe he’s saying F.U. to all those who doubted him, middle finger to all those who won’t let him get money in Tennessee while huffing and puffing singing these niggas can’t hold me back, ok  ok I digressed, or it can be interpreted as f*ck the hype, because  he was destined for this….you be the judge.

Ross during his interview had a few choice words to offer to his fans:

“One, for Christmas go get yourself an MMG tattoo. Two, let’s all stop smoking blunts; let’s smoke out of papers.”

“Ladies, you all should just love me. Let’s all have a beautiful year, let’s get this money.”
