T.I.Trying To Ink A 75 Million Dollar Record Deal

T.I. trying to ink a 75 million dollar record deal, and the best of the best like Jay Z and Dr. Dre is lining up to woo him. His 10 year contract ended with Atlantic Records over a month ago and he’s looking to net a big fish with large pockets.

According to Tmz Got $75 million handy? If so, you can sign T.I. to your label … the hip hop star just became the number-one free agent in rap — and despite the steep price tag he’s putting out … some deep pockets are already lining up.

Sources close to T.I. tell TMZ … T.I.’s 10-year contract with Atlantic ran up only a month ago … but he’s already put together his own idea of a $75 million deal:

- 3 albums

- 10-20 percent of publishing, touring, merchandise, film and TV rights

- Corporate endorsement deals

- Exclusive signing of all Grand Hustle artists

Sources close to T.I. tell TMZ … he’s already met with some of the industry’s biggest names … including Dr. Dre, who asked him to join Interscope over dinner at Katana recently (see picture) … and Jay-Z, who wants T.I. in the RocNation family.

We’re told Sony’s put a $50 million deal on the table so far … and Universal’s meeting with him later this week to make an offer too.

All in all, not a bad group to have knocking at your door …

After being in a longtime relationship (with rap star T.I.), has marriage changed anything?

A lot of people say that things change — and maybe my husband might say something different — but I don’t really see much of a change. I just feel like I’ve been doing some of the same things as a married woman, that I was doing years before … so it’s kind of like continuing on with the papers now. Honestly, I’m just enjoying it. I’m enjoying being called a wife, because it’s different than just being in a relationship … it feels a little better now.

Tell us about the first time you heard him call you his wife, and you were officially married. How did that make you feel?

I was kind of like ”damn, that’s me.” I felt like a lucky lady and I love it every time I hear it. It just does something to me … it sends a signal to my body and tells me to jump all over him whenever possible [laughs].

Well, it’s important to keep things hot and fresh in your relationship.

Can you share some tips for other women who may struggle with how to keep things spicy in their own relationships?

You have to try new things and be open and talk about things that you’re interested in. You also have to talk about things that he’s interested in and see if you guys can come to a happy medium, and just get wild … that brings a little something extra to the bedroom.

Rapper T.I. Saved Frontman Of Creed, Scott Stapp’s Life

In Scott Stapp darkest hours after a drug binge, he was ready to end it all, jumping from his hotel’s balcony, out of nowhere T.I appeared just in time to save his life.

Who would have known T.I. is a Hero? As a matter of fact this is not T.I.’s first time of being at the right place at the right time. He saved another person from jumping the ledge years ago.

Rapper T.I. is better known for his music and reality show appearances, but it turns out he’s also something of a hero.

In his new memoir, Sinner’s Creed, Creed frontman Scott Stapp recounts a dark period of his life. After an extended drug binge, Stapp jumped from the balcony of a Miami Hotel. The suicide attempt proved unsuccessful, largely due to T.I., who magically appeared. “He immediately took care of the situation and saved my life,” Stapp wrote.

He continues: “It’s ironic — he walked in, and I found out later it was the only room left in the hotel and he came in off the street and came out, and as I’m laying on the ledge, blood fell to [T.I.'s] feet and he looked up and he had an Alabama hat on. I said, ‘roll tide,’ and then he looked at me and put two and two together and really saved my life.”

MTV notes that T.I. also saved another man’s life, by convincing him not to jump off of mid-rise building in Atlanta in 2010 . “Nothing is that bad. Nothing in life is worth taking your life,” T.I. is heard saying in footage of the incident. “I’m here to help you. Please come down to talk to me.”

Mjj says …It is something special about T.I. that resonates and is captured through all his good works. He’s a great rapper, a great father and family man, a humanitarian and a HERO with arms wide opened.

If that’s not redemption I don’t know what is.

T.I. FAMILY HUSTLE TALKS ABOUT GIVING AWAY SUGAR

VH1′s TI & Tiny show was one of the best episodes shown. It gave a lot of insight to the young ladies and young men. When he has a talk to his little girl, 10 years old about giving her sugar away, which was just another example of how a parent should talk to their kids, mainly fathers talking to their daughters in reference to their self worth and what his expectations are without getting too graphic, but strategically getting the point across. Having a family meeting was hella funny to me.

TI having a moment because he’s not kept in the loop about everything going on with the kids. Prior to the family meeting T.I. rounds up the boys to have a conversation about how you treat a lady, it’s funny but shocking to hear his youngest blurt out a response” Bad and Sneaky” what the hell is going on over there lol. Kids need that type of interaction and teachings from their parents, or they will go outside a learn the exact opposite.

Do you think Tiny was right to hold on to her step daughter’s secret???……………..HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kids need to have somebody other than their friends to tell their inner secrets too, so they can get the advice of an adult vs a girl friend with no wisdom….. I call it damage control.

TI AND TINY TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS IN LA

VH1′s T.I. & Tiny show should have been an eye opener for Tiny in reference to doing business with friends. The couple traveled to LA to take care of business. T.I. is promoting his book “Power and Beauty” and Tiny is trying to set up a deal to host a late night talk show similar to the View but with a twist all black cast. The idea sounds lucrative with the right key players.

Since the show’s inception, I have been trying to figure out why do I look forward to each episode and last night while watching the re run again it hit me. T.I. is a traditional man who takes care of his family and the finances, while Tiny is responsible for the care of the kids and their home. He is being seen as a strong leader by his family. T.I. is also confident and sure of himself which in turn causes him to not be overbearing with Tiny.

When the ladies were arguing T.I. left the room saying chic fight…he stays in his lane. When she came to him for advice about Shekinah who I refer to as Ms. G. He was able to offer her sound advice,“The way I see it is this: either you can accept your salary and you can create that boundary between friend and employee, or you can be a full-time friend for free,” said T.I. the old wise Kang. They balance each other and it works for them.. He put his son Domani in check when Domani told him he was slacking in school, T.I. stressed education first and foremost as a good caring parent should. The scene with Big Boy and his schemes had me cracking up after I found out is was a joke, he scared the sh*t out of T.I. as if he heard police sirens.

Tiny has to put Ms.G asz in her place and if she say one more time that Tiny is rich and she poor I am going to pluck pluck my eyelashes , chic get ya mind right start stacking your money, be on a hunt for your own salon, get your 20 percent down payment and handle your business, stop sounding like you need a handout. Make your own moves you on t.v now…damn. One thing that irks my soul is a begging asz chic catch the wave or fall the f*ck off.
