jimmy henchman just copped to his involvement in the Tupac's robbery /shooting in 1994

Jimmy “Henchman” Rosemond has long been mixed up with all kinds of legal drama. From running drug rings to ordering hits, he’s been at the center of a lot of controversy, but nothing with as much public interest as the accusations that he was involved in the 1994 Quad Studios robbery and shooting of Tupac Shakur. After the incident, which left the rapper with five bullet holes, Tupac himself called out Rosemond for setting him up.

For years, Rosemond has denied involvement, but according to The Village Voice, he admitted to playing a role during a court hearing called a “proffer session.” The proffer session was an informal meeting with prosecutors, and Henchman reportedly believed that nothing he said during this meeting could be used to prosecute him. In exchange for divulging information about older crimes, Henchman may have hoped for a less severe punishment on other charges.

During his latest trial, Rosemond’s lawyer claimed that he had nothing to do with the Tupac shooting. Prosecutors were quick to bring up the confession, saying:

“If [Rosemond's attorney] is going to argue that this was a fabricated article, it’s the government’s position that we can put in the defendant’s own admission about that particular shooting. In saying it is not true, when in fact it is true, the government should be able to rebut that argument that he’s making, [and introduce] that the defendant actually admitted to this 1994 shooting.”

This apparent confession only confirms what many had already suspected, and it’s unlikely to lead to any new arrests or charges in the Quad Studio shooting. But for what it’s worth, it’s finally on record that Jimmy Henchman confessed to setting up ‘Pac.

Tupac Shakur rocked the Coachella stage over the weekend, due to accelerating technology, a hologram of Tupac along side Snoop performed “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted”.

To hear this song today still get’s the crowd up on their feet but, to see a life size image of Tupac on stage in it’s realness is mind blowing, can you imagine being at Coachella Musical festival and Tupac and that Thug Life tattoo appears on stage….A frenzy fest

via TMZ

Tupac came back to life this weekend … as a hologram … and it was frickin’ AMAZING!!!.

Pac was resurrected for the Coachella music festival in California … and “performed” a couple of his greatest hits … including “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted” with Snoop Dogg.

We’re told the crowd went INSANE … especially when 2pac first appeared to the crowd … rising up from the ground until he was standing on the stage.

The movements were remarkably lifelike … grabbing his crotch and pointing his mic to the crowd like the good ole days.

At the end of his performance, a light shines on Pac … and he dissipates into thin air.

Pretty insane … especially for the “partiers” in the crowd … who didn’t realize it was a hologram.

Mediajuicejoint: They have managed to bring back Tupac and Snoop’s (career) from the Dead, I guess Elvis is next ……. I wouldn’t mind seeing the slim version of Elvis twerk on stage

look into his soul

Tupac Amaru Shakur was born June 16, 1971 we all knew him as 2Pac. He was a great rapper, an actor, and a poet. He gave us banging beats with conscious lyrics. 2Pac was before his time, he had an old soul . He was very intelligent and articulate. 2Pac tried to tell the young people to feed their mind  through reading books. Open your eyes and look at the world for what it is instead of being spoon fed information. Pac would reach inside his inner self and pour his soul out thru poetry and his lyrics.

Pac exposed his rebel side at times but if you listened  to what he was saying then the message was received. He went through trials and tribulations but was able to make it thru, 2Pac became a successful Entertainer before his life was ended by four bullets. Tupac Shakur departed this life on September 13,1996. As of 2007 he sold over 75 million albums worldwide, which made him one of the best-selling music artist in the world. Rolling Stones Magazine named him the 86th Greatest Artist of All Time. Today his style and his lyrics still influence many young people. He will never be forgotten, he lives on thru his music. 2Pac aka Makaveli may your soul rest in peace.
