Usher Kicking Tameka To The Curb Literally

Usher has moved on and insist that Tameka Foster Raymond moves out of his Georgia home immediately. Good Ole Usher is kicking Tameka to the curb literally. Usher has the house listed and Tameka will be evicted. Tameka will learn the true meaning to let it burn. Usher has the kids and the house….damn no one seen this coming.

Usher is finally making good on his threats to evict ex-wife Tameka Raymond from the house she still calls home … officially listing his Georgia mansion for a cool $3.2 million.

Usher bought the 12,544 square-foot pad in 2007 — while still married to Tameka — for $3 million. He officially listed the digs last week.

TMZ broke the story … Usher’s ex has continued to live in the house as part of their 2009 divorce agreement — but in September, Usher made it clear he was planning to sell … and Tameka would be kicked to the curb.

As for the house, it’s pretty huge … 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, 10-foot ceilings, massive pool, in-home gym, 4 fireplaces, a library, and a NASA launch pad. Kidding … NASA doesn’t have funding for this place.

Sources close to Tameka tell TMZ … she is completely unfazed — adding, she runs her own small business and doesn’t need any handouts.

Usher Spends Thousands On A Puppy For A Good Cause

It ain’t tricking, if it’s for a good cause. Usher Raymond paid big bucks at the ‘Pencils of Promise Gala’, this week in NYC. Shelling out $12,000 for a golden doodle puppy, he outbid Jessica Szohr. Usher announced on twitter that he had named the puppy, Poppy:

Funds raised at the Gala the charity (Pencils of Promise) that builds schools in Laos, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Ghana.

TAMEKA RAYMOND IS BACK IN THE RING…..SHE’S FILED A MOTION FOR A NEW TRIAL

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond has put the gloves on again, and is back in the ring for round 2. Tameka has filed a motion for a new trial in their custody battle. She wants to know where was the evidence, if she was such a bad irresponsible mom. Usher who has snatched their two boys back since he was given primary custody, is out on tour with Miguel….so who’s watching the kids?

Tameka vowed to appeal the decision … by filing a motion for a new trial on grounds the judge was biased in Usher’s favor.

Tameka claims the judge has a strong tie to Usher’s lawyer, claiming the attorney was personally responsible for nearly half of the contributions to the judge’s re-election campaign in 2008. What’s more … Tameka alleges Usher’s lawyer served on the judge’s re-election campaign committee.

Tameka also insists NO evidence was presented showing she couldn’t take care of her kids.

Tameka also claims there was clear evidence of Usher’s “past, current, and future inability” to care for the kids.

Mediajuicejoint says Tameka want that money, and she ain’t going down without a fight. Bringing up the stalker ish and his alleged drug use didn’t move the judge, but since Usher went on tour the same day he was supposed to start playing full time daddy, might be the ammunition she needed along with all her other accusations.

All I know is she better get her swallow game on and her money up because this title fight is going to cost her and she already know that money can buy many things!!!!!

Should the kids spend their time with Usher’s team of nannies or their Momma while he’s on tour tickling his fancy with you know who?…..more to come.

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond just lost in the former couple’s bitter custody battle — TMZ has learned, a judge has awarded Usher primary custody of their two sons.

It’s a shocking development — considering both sides were trying to strip each other of custody. Tameka felt the singer was an absentee father who was too absorbed in his career to be a good dad. She also accused him of using drugs in front of the kids.

Usher argued Tameka was inattentive and irresponsible.

The ruling marks the end of an emotional custody trial — involving wild accusations and name-calling … Usher even broke down at one point on the witness stand.

But today, we’re told a judge sided with the singer — awarding Usher primary custody of the ex-couple’s two sons, which means the children will be spending the majority of the time with their father.

Tameka still retains some custodial rights — but the extent to which Tameka will be able to see her kids is unclear.

USHER’S 11 YEAR OLD STEPSON DECLARED BRAIN DEAD AFTER JET SKI ACCIDENT

Over the weekend Tameka Foster’s son Kyle Glover suffered head trauma when a jet ski hit the 11 year old causing severe brain damage. Our Prayers goes out to Tameka, Ryan Glover, Usher and family.

Usher’s celebrity pals showed an out pour of support on Twitter following the singer’s terrible tragedy this past weekend.

The singer’s 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover has been declared brain dead after he and a 15-year-old gal pal were admitted to a hospital following a boating accident Friday, TMZ reports.

The pair were floating on inner tubes in Georgia’s Lake Lanier Friday when a Jet Ski struck the two youngsters.

Glover, whose mother is Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster, was reportedly struck in the head and was knocked unconscious, according to Department of Natural Resources Sergeant Mike Burgamy.

The girl also suffered serious injuries.

Both children were immediately air-lifted to Children’s Healthcare at Egelston Hospital in Atlanta.

“Everyone PLEASE pray for Usher and Tameka’s son! This is the time they really need your prayers,” singer Fantasia tweeted Saturday.

“Praying that Usher and Tameka’s son is ok…” Russell Simmons added.

The cause of the horrific incident is still under investigation, which could take months to complete, according to TMZ.

So far, officials have ruled out alcohol as a factor in the accident, but Robin Hill, a rep for the Department of Natural Resources (Wildlife Resources Division) tells the site that they will recreate the accident using special computer programs to determine the details.

TAMEKA FOSTER SMIRKING BEFORE VICTORY????

Usher seems like he’s enjoying the Feud with ex-wife ~~Dexter Manly~~ Tameka Foster. He posted to his Facebook wall the above pic, and as the saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words, judging from the smirk on Tameka’s face …somebody thinks they are winning.

Raymond vs Raymond custody battle is like the energizing bunny with special D batteries it keeps dragging on and on and on, but now it’s spilling out of the courtroom and over to social media. Just a few days ago Usher was caught crying his crocodile tears while he was on the stand being accused of being a bad daddy, any parent can see how that slur can be upsetting, but to cry about it gets the side eye.

It’s a shame that these two resulted to mud slinging, it should be about what’s BEST for the kids, because they are clearly the losers.

I have been an Usher fan since the”Call Me A Mack” days, but after all this drama …..I don’t know

Tameka Foster is in panic mode, begging Usher not to leave her homeless. Tamika’s highfalutin lifestyle is going up in flames, instead of fighting over a Saks credit card.

Tamika should have been securing a place for her kids to live in, now the ball’s are back in Usher’s court and who knows how that’s going to end, Hell has no Fury like a man scorned.

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster will be out on the street in less than 60 days — if Usher wants it that way, and she’s totally freaked out.

Sources tell us, the couple — who’s trying to settle a nasty custody dispute — is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher’s Georgia mansion.

Tameka’s currently living there — but under the divorce settlement Usher can sell the property whenever he wants … as long as he gives her a 60-day heads up.

We’re told Tameka fears Usher is going to pull the trigger — leaving her buried in legal debt with no place to live — so she’s asking him for a permanent home for her and Usher’s kids.

Usher’s response … no way, no how. He says he’s already paid her enough.

And that’s why judges are in business. The trial continues later this month.
